In the design, the traditional monotonous and symmetrical government building style was abandoned, and the three principles of building openness, sharing, and ecology were emphasized. The entire building is arranged in an east-west direction broken line, which generates partial self-shielding and effectively reduces direct sunlight.Through the first floor overhead, roof greening, vegetation planting and the park mountain form a three-dimensional landscape space which becoming a part of the park. The open entrance design with large steps combined with large floating boards is used technically with a large-span steel structure to create a light and transparent space effect. The building is a green three-star building,with overhanging eaves, vertical striped glass, and sun-shading shutters on the building facade, forming a strong sense of shadow and rhythm.
