The community consists of five villas,many small high-rise residential buildings, kindergartens and clubhouses. The plan is divided into two central gardens in the north and south, connected in series with flowing water space. The central garden on the south side sets a lake surface. Five villas are arranged along the water bank, reflected by waves and shaded by surrounding trees. Enhance the spatial atmosphere and style of the entire community-small, exquisite and pleasant.
The small high-rise residential buildings follow the topography layout behind the villas to form a varied garden space. The building adopts the design technique of staggered balconies, which brings the semi-outdoor effect of two-story emptying,creating a richer home life experience.Because the club building is close to the road intersection, the design adopts a large area of solid walls to reduce noise interference, and through the cutting and changing of geometric shapes, a landmark modeling effect is obtained.
