The most splendid node of the green corridor; the back end of the urban balcony, with the exquisite commercial clubhouse as the front space, and with the slab-style building behind it, it forms a space landscape axis.Spatially, it is a completed building in the first phase, and part of the corridor of sight to the river is reserved. The buildings in the same period adopt a relatively low number of floors and gradually transition to the height of the river; at the same time, the combination of houses close to the first period also maintains a similar shape in the same period, so that the first and second periods maintain a harmonious symbiosis. The overall building is enclosed to form a central landscape core garden. Through careful design, the landscape swimming pool is integrated into the garden, so that all buildings have river views and central garden views. The community implements the diversion of pedestrians and vehicles, so that the pedestrian and vehicle passages run in different spaces. The fa?ade adopts the ArtDeco style, emphasizing vertical lines, concise and atmospheric, showing the temperament in the stability. The three-stage base adopts ceramic sheet as the exterior surface, which is elegant and luxurious.In detail, the dark perforated aluminum veneer is innovatively used as the air-conditioning shelter and the decorative components of the facade and top. The perforated plate is carefully designed, and the perforated pattern is combined with the positioning of the district. The diamond pattern is used as the matrix, which is novel to the topic and highlights the noble and dignity of the project.
