The Capital Royal Sands project is located in Jinshazhou, Guangzhou, close to Xunfenggang Station of Metro Line 6. It is a large-scale community composed of high-rise residential buildings, villas,commercial facilities, primary schools, and kindergartens. The current conditions of the base are superior, with beautiful hillsides,lush vegetation, tall and tall pine trees,and water bodies around it. The planning and design began with the preservation of these mountain and water features, and these landscape vegetation were completely retained in the center of the site so that the residents of the community could share.Through the staggered arrangement of various buildings, a number of different group spaces are created. The building is built on the mountain, creating ecological living spaces with different themes.

The layout of the building is based on the retreat of the planning and design conditions and the requirements of sunshine. Under the conditions of Guangzhou area, the residential buildings are basically arranged in the north-south direction. Some multi-storey houses are built on the mountain and arranged in the east-west direction to ensure that each house has a good condition. The landscape orientation and natural ventilation conditions not only satisfy the residential use,but also consider energy conservation and environmental protection. The single graphic design maximizes environmental efficiency and reflects an open and free lifestyle.The multi-storey and high-rise buildings are arranged in different districts. The use of enclosure, contrast, symmetry, and continuous architectural techniques creates a unique urban landscape.
