The project is located in the residential area of Changwei Lake in Lianyungang.The facade style adopted in the architectural form is derived from the Southern California region of the United States. The style is simple, friendly, relaxed and unassuming.

In the design of the facade, the building emphasizes the overall sense of hierarchy and rich spatial expression. The arches, terracotta tiles, pores,etc. are matched with cultural stones and hand plastered walls, presenting a beautiful shape and unique style with rich details. The fa?ade design is refreshing and lively. Layered terraces and viewing platforms integrate the landscape inside and outside the building to create a free and relaxing town life for the owners. The overall layout of the plan draws on the style of European town houses, and the enclosed group space becomes the basic unit of the town space. The courtyard concept design creates a living atmosphere that not only maintains traditional culture but also unique Western comfort, and is enclosed by building volumes A relatively private scale and pleasant group courtyard.
